Das ICC Zertifikat. Eintägiges Assessment.

Was ist das ICC?

Das ICC Zertifikat (International Certificate for Operators of Pleasure Craft) ist ein international anerkanntes Zertifikat, das einen Befähigungsnachweis für offizielle Stellen im Ausland darstellt. Es ist auch unter dem Namen International Certificate of Competence bekannt.

Die entsprechende Verordnung ist veröffentlicht gemäß United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Inland Transport Committee Working Party on Inland Water Transport Resolution 40. In dieser Resolution ist festgelegt, wie und wem dieses Zertifikat ausgestellt werden kann, die zu erfüllenden Anforderungen, das Layout und eine Liste der Länder die die Resolution des UNECE unterzeichnet haben.

Die Regierung des Vereinigten Königreiches (UK) hat Resolution 40 unterzeichnet und die RYA autorisiert, das ICC auszustellen. Daher kann man das UK ICC nach einem eintägigen Assessment bei jedem anerkannten RYA-Trainigszentrum erhalten.

Die RYA ist von der Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) autorisiert ein UK ICC für Staatsbürger aller Länder auszustellen. Ausgenommen sind Personen, welche
– Staatsbürger eines anderen UNECE-Mitgliedsstaates, der Resolution 40 unterzeichnet hat UND
– dauerhaft wohnhaft in einem anderen UNECE-Mitgliedsstaat, der Resolution 40 unterzeichnet hat,
sind, außer der RYA wurde die schriftliche Erlaubnis der Regierung des entsprechenden Landes erteilt.

Able to recognise action to take as “stand on” and “give way” vessel

Able to keep a proper lookout

Regulations and Pilotage
Able to understand requirements for navigation lights and ships
Able to recognise sound signals
Able to recognise the following from the lights – vessel at anchor, power driven vessel and sailing vessel
Able to recognise, by day and night, and understand the significance of buoys of the IALA system
Able to plan a harbour entry/departure, taking in to account possible hazards
Aware of the sources of information regarding local regulations, port entry and departure signals and Port Operations radio

Navigation
Able to plot a position by cross bearings and by Latitude and Longitude
Able to interpret a navigational chart and understand charted depths, drying heights and charted hazards
Able to use a tide table to find times and heights of high and low water
Able to determine direction and  rate of tidal stream from a tidal atlas or from tidal diamonds
Able to determine magnetic course to steer, making allowances for leeway and tidal stream

Das Assessment findet im ANA-Segelzentrum und auf unserem Segelboot statt. Das Assessment auf dem eigenen Boot ist auf Nachfrage möglich.

Der Preis pro Person liegt bei ungefähr 335 Euro.

Bitte benutze das obige Buchungssystem, um den exakten Preis zu ermitteln. Das Buchungssystem berechnet den Preis basierend auf dem aktuellen Umrechnungskurs.

Der Preis beinhaltet: Segelboot, Instruktor und Assessment, notwendige Ausrüstung und Zubehör, VAT.

Nicht im Preis beinhaltet: Porto, um das Antragsformular an das RYA zu schicken.

Bearbeitungsgebühr – zahlbar direkt an die RYA:

• RYA-Mitglieder können sich ihr ICC-Zertifikat kostenfrei von der RYA ausstellen lassen 
• Für Nichtmitglieder der RYA beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr zur Ausstellung eines ICC-Zertifikates ￡45
