The legendary Gladuša Regatta, traditionally held in Sali and organized by Sailing Club GUC Sali, once again marked the official opening of the sailing season in the Adriatic – and this year’s edition was bigger than ever!
With a record-breaking 85 crews and over 400 participants, Gladuša 2025 offered not only a thrilling 20 NM route through the stunning Sali archipelago but also a full-on island experience – from local product tastings to the unique sound of “donkey music,” and evening entertainment featuring fantastic live performances.
Adriatic Nautical Academy proudly joined with one boat crewed by five students from our Regatta Sailing Course, racing under the JK Samobor flag. Among strong competition, our crew achieved an excellent 24th place overall and an impressive 5th place in our group – a result that reflects the skill, teamwork, and spirit of our students.
We are thrilled with the performance and grateful for the unforgettable atmosphere that Gladuša brings every year. With the sails now officially up for the season, we’re ready for many more miles, memories, and moments on the water!
